Anti-Customer Service!!

Absolutely disgusted. I am overseas and Vodacom sent me a new phone. My parents were not allowed by RAM to take delivery of the package because my PHYSICAL ID was not with them... Even though they had registered copies and my authorizations... On phoning RAM, I was met with a stone wall of anything but customer service - absolutely disgusted. I could do the same with an Amazon delivery and it would be received perfectly, but RAM, can see past the end of their stupidity. I could not also log a complaint on their website because that wasn't working properly either... This is a travesty in todays day and age.
