Another year another Ram fumble!

I can't believe yet again I have to deal with possibly the worst courier company in the existence of earth after the experience I had with them 2 years ago. Why cell phone companies use this service is so beyond me.

I got a call yesterday (friday 31 May 2019) from Ram couriers and they said they had my package to deliver TOMORROW. I found it strange that they'd deliver on Saturday but I figured maybe they've changed and improved. I asked again if they're sure they're delivering TOMORROW, a Saturday, and the lady said yes. I told her since they're delivering on the weekend I'd have to change the delivery address because I'd be at home on the weekend. She says its fine and changes it.

It's now 12.30pm and I call RAM to find out what time they plan on sending the package. I get told they don't deliver saturdays and the package is scheduled for Monday! I explain that I was called yesterday and the man says well nothing he can do.

So now I tell him that since the package is scheduled for Monday then I have to change the delivery BACK to my work address. Of course, he says he can't do that. So my option is now to either wait for the call for when they're on their way and drive all the way home, or let them keep it and I have to call on Monday to change the address and get the package on Tuesday.

Why is everything with Ram such a hassle and always an inconvenience for us and never for them? I take it is still not allowed to fetch the parcel from their warehouse.

I'm almost certain Monday will come with more hassle
