Another service fail !!!! From Ram hand to hand Couriers

So frustrating I spoke to the person on the phone after I was old the package would be delivered on the 27 of September by sms it is now the 2nd October these people still have not delivered worse of all today I set by my phone the whole day waiting for them to call,

I knew this might happen I made the sales person assure me that they would deliver today because I have commitments in the next coming weeks I will not be available at all.
