Annoyed and disappointed

I am highly disappointed in Ram hand to hand couriers. I am still waiting for my package to be delivered. They were supposed to deliver my package last week already. They keep sending sms's and emails saying that my parcel is out for delivery but it has not been delivered yet. On Thursday one of the consultants or someone called me saying that they promise that my package will be delivered to me on Friday yet I'm still waiting. I told the lady that I'm moving from this address I'm just waiting for my package. Today is Tuesday and still nothing. I am annoyed because my package was urgent and now I'm delayed.
