ANGRY!!

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>My vodacom parcel had to be delivered yesterday via RAM Couriers ,unfortunelty i missed their call which is why 'my parcel was not delivered' They did not come to the address and check if im there and then call ,they just dialed once and took the parcel back to the depot!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I called made arrangements to deliver it tomorrow SPECIFYING THAT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS MY WORK PLACE AND WE CLOSING TODAY.</p> <p>The agent noted it and confirmed delivery today.</p> <p>When i caleld to track the parcel i was told that the parcel is still in the warehouse and it wont leave today.</p> <p>I have been calling whole morning -holding on for more than 15 at a time for a manager all the agents just transfer me to a dead line,its so frustrating!!!!!</p> <p>Evnetually vodacom got hold of someone at RAM ,confirming delivery for tomorrow however I NEED TO CALL THEM (AND PROBABLY WASTE ANOTHER R30 AIRTIME)TRAVEL FROM MP TO TYGERVALLEY AND WAIT TILL THE DRIVER ARRIVE.</p> <p>Why must i inconveniece myself ?Why was this not on the truck today???</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
