*********** and dishonest

This is the worst courier company to deal with and handling any form of parcels. They are *********** and dishonest through and through. They are keeping my parcel in their warehouse for 3rd day now I have been calling them to dispatch my parcel or I can fetch it is an emergency, it was meant to be delivered on Tuesday and one of the driver insisted that they called me and that is a lie, my calls are diverted and I was home on that day because their consultant said that I must wait for the parcel. I changed my flight to Thursday to accommodate the parcel time, I still haven’t received my parcel and it is not even out for delivery. My view is if they were unable to deliver Tuesday you make that parcel a priority the following day but I am still gonna leave without the parcel and I must make means for the parcel to get to me. I am very ****ed at their wack service.
