Amazed at the way this people work

Really unreliable company as there driver said he couldn't get a hold of me to deliver my parcel which is a lie as I took a day of from work to wait for this package only for this to happen companies that are using this logistics company should Really look in to finding a more reliable company to do the work for them I called in to the call center which is just as useless telling me the only thing I can do is emai a complaint as there are no managers or anyone higher I can speak to
