Always delayed delivery and lots of time wasted. With no care in the world from Ram

I have ordered items from multiple online stores and when ever Ram is used they deliver to the wrong address and the package takes multiple days longer to deliver and requires tons of my time being wasted to resolve the problem.

I am at the point now where I will insist that any online store I purchase from uses an alternative courier company and if they cant then I will not order from them.
