<p>RAM couriers have been unreachable since 11am this morning, tried various different numbers in different regions but the phone just rings, then to voicemail on some lines, tried to initiate their LIVE HELP function, but its not live as inidcated, keeps saying connecting, infact its been connecting for the last 45 minutes. Really frustrating not being able to get hold of someone, especially when there is an urgent matter of concern. This is not the first time i have experinced this issue of not reaching someone on the other end of the line, i will be looking at changing my logistics service provider as RAM as proven their inability to provide good customer service.</p>
