*********** Call Center Agents together with their Manager. I scheduled delivery for 31/10 via call on 30/10 @ 8:20, I called again on 31/10 @ 08:05 just to make sure that my scheduled date is not missed, l called around 15:00 just to follow up only to find out that it was not even given to the driver. I spoke to a useless manager that I ever came across in my entire life who kept on muting me acting like he doesn’t hear me and ended up hanging up on me.
