Its been 4 days i've been waiting for ram to deliver my parcel and everyday i'm receiving a poor service service from them and my parcel beingtaken to incorrect location no matter how many times I have spoke to different agents to confirm my address.

10 Jan 2025, 10:34No that is not true, I spoke to a lady who arranged for my other delivery from Clicks for today. She called to confirm my address for today for my 2nd parcel. My first parcel is still not delivered till day. She called for a different parcel n said my delivery will happen today
