After Hello Peter round 2 they still ***** it up

Round two, so after speaking to a manager yesterday after my Hello peter rant, and she promising me I will get my delivery between 10:00 and 16:00 today (because that was the only time I was available) I get to the office at 09:30 to be told RAM was here but they left because I am not here. In the sms I received this morning they themselves confirmed they will be here after 10:00. Are you spitefull or just ***********?????
