Abysmal service and lack of competence

I am disgusted at the pathetic service displayed to me by RAM Jhb and Cape Town offices. It took 15 days to get a parcel collected and then delivered to me. This regularly happens with the Abysmal service but 15 days to arrange a collection? It’s an absolute joke and clearly shows how pathetic their business managers and service is. I highly recommend NOT using RAM anytime, you will receive horrible service and no feedback unless you feel like following up with them like a 5 year old child. **** service and complete lack of competence from all staff that I deal with.
