Abusive Consultants with no empathy
The worst customer service, they are so rude I spoke to a chad who made me feel so attacked that time I am already irate because of my previous interaction with their colleague who was so dismissive and seemed unhappy to happy me they ruined my day.

Thank you for your response. I wanted to mention that the problem was with how your customer service team treats clients, show no empathy or respect. The delivery drivers avoid delivering packages, I had to call in after I had received 2 messages stating that my address was incorrect, which was false, I figured it was their way to avoid the delivery, the worst part I didn’t even get a call for the delivery guy. When I called in your customer service team was so defensive & rude towards me for raising my experience. I hope Ram will take seriously and look into the customer service department as that is the soul of a company.
