Absolutely Useless Braindead Staff and Company that Doesn't Care

Absolutely disgusting service and useless staff. We deal with couriers alot and always print our waybills out to help the companies as we know couriers could get overwhelmed with the amount of packages.

We sent our 2 parcels, each going in different directions to different people, (very expense packages) Only to find out they delivered both parcels to the same person.

If it wasn't for the person telling us he received two packaged we would have never gotten notice as they marked both tracking numbers as delivered.

When calling them, they could not track the second parcel waybill saying we never sent anything under that waybill. There was minimal effort made to help us with the issue and we had to find, fix and arrange a new courier without thier help.

Absolutely Useless Braindead Staff and Company with No Pride and No care.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE LOST, DAMAGED OR "EISH, IT WAS NEVER SENT"
