Absolutely useless

I have been waiting for my package for over a week since the promised delivery date!! I bought the item for a specific occasion which takes place in 2 days and I ordered far in advance to mitigate any issues. RAM have **** about failed delivery attempts and keep pushing the delivery date further each day.

The tracking is completely useless as it seems to be endlessly stuck in transit to dispatch hub for the third day in a row.

Please can i have what I paid for!!
