Absolutely useless

Absolutely flipping useless. I made a booking for documents to be uplifted from our offices. I was told it will be fetched same day by 5pm. We close at 4.30pm and waited till 5pm. We call the call centre and was told that the driver will come but cannot be given time to come. This company must not give a time by when they will come of they cannot keep up to it. We must wait indefinitely at the office for the parcel to be sent. Don't use this service. First time using then to try them, will not use them again. Will suggest to others the same.
