Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible Had a very important device that I needed for work scheduled for delivery today 11 June 2025 I missed the call from delivery guy who phoned me once with a private number(I couldn't call him back) and he left immediately I could see his vehicle from my window and I couldn't stop him as im in the 3rd floor when i phoned ram i was told the delivery can no longer be done today I have to reschedule for another day I had to delay an entire day worth of work as I need this device to work today just terrible
