Absolutely Sickening service

If it was possible I'd give ram - 1 star because what on earth is wrong with this God forsaken courier. I ordered shoes from TGF and received emails and smses(for 3 days consecutive) on how they were unable to deliver, when I called them, they kept giving a dumb excuse about the driver running out of time, I called the over 20 times and the agents had no remorse whatsoever. Today my parcel has been canceled and returned to sender, I can't find the shoes in the same size nor price now because I bought them during black Friday. No compensation from the company, I used over R100 worth of airtime to call them, only to be placed on hold for minutes and they eventually drop the call.. Hayi yeses yall should just close down the courier because what are yall doing honestly.
