Absolutely Pathetic

The worst. Absolutely pathetic. Don't respond to emails. No use calling the telephone numbers. Promise today between 08:00 and 17:00, then at 16:35 after I waited the whole day and didn't leave they tell me that they cannot deliver. And they didn't tell me, I found from the tracking info when I went to go look for myself. Don't have the decency to tell me they can't keep their promise. Absolutely pathetic.
