Absolutely pathetic!!!

Absolutely ridiculous!! Arrange for a Valentines day delivery. They don't phone or sms to let you know they are on their way. Stopped at my gate and waited for 1 min and 40 seconds before leaving (watched them come and go on the camera as we were on our way to the gate). Got a phone call from customer service saying that I can drive to the mall close to us and meet with their courier in the parking lot as they will not be returning to my house (5km away) that day. Jump in the car, rush through to the place they said to go, find their van with no one in it. Waited in the parking lot next to their van for half an hour, while trying to reach customer service, which the call was also not answered. Eventually I leave the mall, just to get a snotty phone call from the driver 20 minutes later asking where I am, she is waiting. Ended up not getting the parcel at all on Valentines day. Where have you ever heard that you need to drive around following a courier to get your parcel. If the driver had only phoned when they were at the gate, then I would have had a contact number to let them know THAT I AM WAITING IN THE PARKING LOT OF A MALL WHERE THEY TOLD ME TO DRIVE TO!!!! Absolutely pathetic!!!
