Absolutely not trustworthy at all

I was waiting for my phone to be delivered today, which they promised they will deliver it but I waited for hours only to see on my tracker that it says nondelivery. Now how am I supposed to get my package? I sent them countless of emails to them which they never rep**** to. Now I'm left in limbo on what will happen to my phone.
