absolutely full of excuses,

Day 1 - they were apparently at my place of work and apparently could not get a hold of me - my desk faces the front door and I buzz everyone in Day 2 - apparently the receptionist said I'm suspended and my phone was off - again I buzz everyone in and I face the door. I don't have a receptionist because I am the receptionist. Day 2 again - same as above because they came twice apparently Day 3 - they promise I will receive my delivery on Day 3 - fingers and toes crossed but maybe a leprechaun will tell them that no one by that name works here.
