Absolutely disgusting service from RAM couriers

The Ram couriers staff lack professionalism and courtesy. They behave like mini gods when they are supposed to deliver a package to a client. Firstly, they don't set an appointment for when they're going to make the delivery. Secondly, they expect you to drop absolutely everything when they make their unscheduled appearance. Thirdly, they are absolutely unflinching and discourteous. It is as though they're celebrating that they were unable to deliver the package to the client. Fourthly, they assume a condescending and completely unprofessional tone with the client. They make the whole process of receiving a parcel that you have paid for unpleasant and demeaning. If it were up to me, I would never ever want interact with their uncouth delivery staff.
