Absolutely disgusting service from driver, to Call Centre agent.

We order an upgrade phone from Vodacom and have been waiting for our handset. Vodacom has advised us that the courier company will contact us to arrange for a delivery date and time. On even date the Courier driver just pitched up at my home, without prior arrangement - mistake number 1 as I the account holder was not home. He then advised that he would return at 16h00 - mistake number 2, this never happened. I then telephonically contacted the Call Centre and requested feedback on the delivery. I was met with an agent with an absolute no care attitude and was told I have to phone Ram Couriers in the morning to see when they can accomodate me. Am I now the Service Provider - I will contact the Vodacom CEO, as we are acquaintances and deal with Ram Couriers and their contract with Vodacom accordingly. Absolute disgusting service in this day an era. Never trust this company with your goods!
