Absolutely atrocious non-service and dishonesty from RAM

RAM is the most pathetic and dishonest courier company in South Africa. They have promised to deliver my Vodacom upgrade order on two occasions where I specifically arranged to stay at home to receive the order. They did not pitch on either day. On the second day, I phoned and was promised a call back and that delivery would indeed happen on that day. Neither happened. In a follow up call, I was told that they do not service that area of my town and that there is nothing that they can do. I was placed on hold, disconnected and never called back.

I sincerely wish that RAM goes out of business. Such ***********, dishonest and useless staff deserve to be in the poor house and unemployment line.
