Absolutely appalling service
Appalling service. I have ended up making servals complaints due to poor service. I, therefore, wouldn't recommend using this company. Only chose one star because you have to.
I have ordered a Rain 5G service and was expected a delivery last week Friday. I missed the first one at 12pm however was advised that they will return at 6 pm
I finish work at 6 pm and no one pitched up, I received this message @ 17:51 UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY IN Durban - Unavailable - Business - Address Query and contact not available . I was at work and no one called me at all

This was a lie no one came to my address or called.

I wait at the workplace still 19:30 pm and no one pitched up again
I have made serval calls to Ram and Rain and was promised that this will happen and it didn't

All this information above is a lie and it seems like they are only copying and pasting the information over and over again
every day for the last 3 days, I waited outside at the front main gate for the delivery from 5:30 pm till 6:30 pm, and no one pitched up again
This is by far the worst service I received from any company
