Absolute mayhem with RAM hand-to-hand couriers

I'd like to share my experience with RAM hand-to-hand couriers.

I've been misled with timelines from the get go from RAM. They told me 3-5 business days but then came on the next day and couldn't deliver to my address where I was at even though they were outside of the timeline they provided.

My dates have been messed around, my parcel is being sent back to the warehouse and my delivery timelines are constantly being shifted to future dates outside of the timeline provided.

I encourage all users to avoid using RAM and any company using them as their designated service.
