Absolute fantastic service and effort

Upon contacting RAM Hand to Hand couriers internal Sales I dealt with Verena Andrews to make a booking for a collection and delivery. Verena arranged the collection and pickup within minutes and before i knew it my parcel was collected. There were a few hiccups in collecting a very important package in Johannesburg but Verena went totally out of her way in arranging it. She contacted me informing me of the process and definitely went the extra mile. Its employees like these that give companies good names!!! Well Done!
