Absolute Disaster

Worse service ever , I was expecting a delivery on Mon the 2nd of Decemeber after having received an sms from them. Delivery gentleman Motsamai called me only to realise he had the wrong address. He advised he would get the parcel back to their offices and it will be delivered the following day. Wow to my surprise the parcel was delivered in Centurion whereas i am in Krugersdorp. How does one still deliver the parcel after we had realised the address in incorrect? Make it make sense
