Absolute 0 service!

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Placed a local order online on Monday to be delivered in 3 days max. It is now 5 days. Eventhough they sent a message that the parcel is out for delivery yesterday, nothing has arrived with no confirmation of a future delivery date. No way to speak to a person, their whatsapp line only gives useless updates and the calls just hang. Which is not surprising considering the amount of disappointed customers. Next time I will insist on using a different courier. If they cant handle the volume, then dont accept the orders.
