ABHORRENT SERVICE STAY AWAY

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Their customer service direct call line does not exist when you try to call. There WhatsApp line is so horrible. I figured out that when an agent no longer wants to deal with your query or never wants to deal with your query they send this message and it takes you to the end of the engagement and asks you to go to the menu if you need more assistance. This is the message that is sent:

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties and unable to connect you with a Customer Care Agent. Please feel free to start a new chat a bit later or alternatively, contact us on ***. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused. To return to the main menu, type *MENU*.

Imagine the audacity of an organisation like ram still being in this business segment!!! I hope whatever contract you have with DHL ends because it’s them that handed my package over to you guys as if you were reliable enough to get the package delivered on time!!!! This package was my traditional dress for MY traditional wedding! We had it shipped out on time for me to receive it on time!!!!! Because of your unreliability and your grossly unreliable customer service I have to now make a plan B within a few hours. Money down the drain, an extra cost on my part and you simply just get away with apologising and not caring about any additional costs and effects that your poor poor service has on your customers. I’m also going to come for DHL for handing my stuff over to you knowing what your ratings look like. Just close down at this point. It’s embarrassing. You didn’t even let me fetch the parcel THAT BELONGS TO ME!!! Because your agent by the name of Raheed cited that “ Due to security reasons, collecting your parcel from any of our hubs is unfortunately not allowed.” What sort of sick business are you running??? What do you mean I can’t go and collect my parcel that you failed to deliver on time because of security ???? I’m literally a girl who wanted her wedding dress and instead, I’ve spent the past 30 minutes writing this review as I wait for my plan b to be made. An ADDITIONAL R4500 DOWN THE DRAIN BECAUSE OF YOUR SERVICE!
