AAAB*** - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support via phone and WhatsApp, I have yet to receive a response.
There has been no update on my order since December 4th 2024.
It is important to note that customers should not be burdened with internal company issues.
