A horrible service that nearly left me stranded
Thank you Sydney from Ram nelspruit branch for saving the day. I made a booking for my parcel and it was supposed to be collected today( 15/03/2024) before 17:00 to Johannesburg. I had to postpone my plans and wait for the person who will be collecting my parcel, I have waited from morning until 16:00 that's when I started to get worried, and I started to use their tracking system, that's where I have learned that the collection was postpone because the sender was not available, but I was there and waiting for the whole day, and I was not called or missed any call, but the lady who was assigned to collect decided on her own to postpone it. After realizing that my parcel might not be collected I called customer service twice; that's when they decided to assign Sydney to come and collect, and it was already late, around past five. Kindly note the parcel was still going to be collected and had already been assigned and communication given to our couriers to ensure successful collection for yesterday. Yes our client's might not understand our internal process of how we work and whilst other key factors on the road affects our times such as traffic and unforeseen circumstances the parcel was indeed successfully collected as we needed to change couriers to collect due to unforeseen circumstance hence it said sender not available. As we speak your order is ready for delivery to its destination to be delivered on Monday.
