A courier guy from hell! Ram couriers ?

Just got disgusted by one of your couriers picking up a package from me today. This guy hoots at the gate and my mother goes out to the gate to check who is it, she kindly asks they guy to come inside the house as I am nursing a child I can't go to the gate and meet them there, besides Ram services are hand to hand deliveries not gate to gate deliveries. Why is this guy not respecting us and wanting me to meet him at the gate? Have you ever seen such happen with other couriers, no! When my package was being delivered to me two weeks back, the other courier guy entered and I signed everything in the house. To top it, I have never received an SMS to confirm that Ram will be coming today to collect my package, they just got here unannounced.

This guy who was picking up my package was rude to my mothers request, he said to my mother in a disrespectful voice why don't my mother carry the baby whilst I come to the gate to bring my package! That was disrespectful and annoying, he started arguing with my mother before he got off the vehicle to the house for me to sign.

Upon arrival in the house I asked him for his name and he REFUSED to give me his name. This guy lacks manners, he started arguing with me and being silly. The worst service I have ever experienced from a courier company.

He left the house arguing and swearing on his way to the vehicle.

I am sure I will never elect RAM again to courier my packages if this is the way their drivers are behaving, they lack customer care, they are disrespectful and rude!
