A COMPLAINT HANDLED SO WELL. WHAT AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU RAM COURIERS FOR FINDING ITEMS THAT GOT LOST IN MY PARCEL.
AS I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW, I AM SO DELIGHTFUL WITH THE MANNER IN WHICH RAM COURIER HANDLE MY COMPLAINT. LAST WEEK EXPRESSED MY UNHAPPINESS WITH REGARDS TO THE ITEMS THAT GOT LOST IN THE PARCEL THAT I SENT TO DURBAN. THE RESPONDED TO THE COMPLAINT WITHIN A DAY, THEY FOLLOWED UP ON THOSE ITEMS PROMPTLY AND ENSURING THAT I AM UPDATED IN TERMS OF THE PROCESS OF RECOVERING THOSE ITEMS UNTIL THOSE ITEMS WERE FOUND. I AM HAPPY TO SAY I HAVE PARCEL WITH ME.
