A company that is still stuck in the 80s

So I was expecting delivery of my RAIN SIM card. This company driver arrives at my place at 08:11, on a Monday morning, without first calling me to make sure I will be home. I was nearly in the office. Had to turn back, call him to come back so I could take delivery. My driver’s license was not good enough. Had to go back to the house to get my ID. Proof of residence was in my phone as we are living in a digital country. That was not good enough - had to go print it out. Thought he needed a copy to take with - he simply looked at it, made note in his device and handed it back to me. I was gobsmacked!!! What a waste of my time. Thought my signature would be on the handheld gadget. It had to be on a piece of paper. What a reality that RAM is still stuck in the 80s when we are in 2021!!! Lesson learnt: if you have a choice do NOT use them. The attitude from their messenger did not help either.
