8 days late and still waiting for no reason

My delivery is 8 days late and has still not been dispatched. I've called every day this week begging for them to dispatch the order and it just never gets done. I've corrected my details 6 times with them but everytime I call they still have the wrong details. It usually takes three attempts to get through to the call centre as it often just drops the call. I have been on hold for half an hour and am still waiting to speak to a supervisor.
