7 days no delivery

Hi , I requested for items to be delivered to me last Friday already. <br> still nothing received<br> <br> I gave the call centre all 3 of my contact numbers and they still dial the wrong information provided by a 3rd party.<br> <br> I also changed the address to a place that's literally on the same road as Ram couriers like 1km away and they didn't deliver, they didn't call me, they didn't call the land line or both cell numbers given.<br> <br> now, the item has been sent back to the supplier and I have to redo everything from step 1.<br> <br> I also requested that I collect the item from the branch but the call centre agent said that its not allowed .<br> <br> I don't know what to do.<br>
