Dear RAM Couriers,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the service I have received.

Your assistance has been completely non-existent. Since 10 December, I have spent more than an hour on the phone daily simply trying to correct one incorrect digit in a contact number that was provided incorrectly by the sender. This is beyond ridiculous.

It is unacceptable that your team is unable to update a single digit on a system, or even contact your own drivers to assist a customer with a correct contact number. I have been placed on hold multiple times for 20–30 minutes, only for the call to be dropped without resolution.

This level of service is shocking and deeply disappointing. I will personally never make use of RAM Couriers again, and I will actively discourage others from doing so based on this experience.

I trust this feedback will be taken seriously.
