4th time I've had issues with Ram couriers.
This is now the 4th time i bought something from a company that uses Ram couriers and every single time there is a problem with delivery. On the web tracking service it says parcel delivered but i haven't received anything. I phoned your call center where i was informed that they will be in contact with the driver and get back to me now it's 12 hours later and still nothing. Is it just my bad luck or is Ram so useless that they can't do the one thing that a courier company should do and that is delivere the parcel...
