4 Days later, Still No delivery

My parcel has been with RAM for almost a week. Attempt to find out what is the reasonably cause for the delay ,have been unsuccessful. At least if I knew what problem they are experiencing at the moment , and how long it will take to resolve. I'm seating in the dark , not knowing when my lucky will come. What a service. (K*** )
