Wow this organisation is the worst ever. Last week Friday ordered a pair of shoes. On the 3rd of Dec, Ram supposedly collected my parcel and it was in transit. It has been about three days and it is still in transit to the dispatch hub. It始s so frustrating. Even if there was gonna be high volume since it is peak season, this should始ve been handled a lot better 鈥搕he least they could do is communicate if our parcels are gonna be delayed or about whatever. You cannot get a hold of them anywhere. I tried calling and the number does not exist, I tried WhatsApp and it始s **********. They are such a joke man. Giving them one star is too generous, I would have given them zero stars if it were possible. Appalling service 馃あ
