2.3 star rating says it all I guess. Absolutely NO customer service. I suggest BASH and the TFG should use a different courier service
I suggest BASH and the TFG should use a different courier service or wont be supporting it anymore. This courier expects you to be at your gate from 7am to 7pm, whenever the driver comes by
RAM COURIER GEORGE Today is the 21st of November 2023, after phoning about 95 times(please see screenshot attached ) throughout the whole day, no answer at all, so I guess you just have to wait at you gate I suggest BASH and the TFG should use a different courier service
I find it hard to believe that this company rating is 2.3 stars, that is quite an accomplishment, the goverment services have better ratings
I would avoid if possible I will give it 2 stars as the product was delivered swiftly

Thank you for reaching out to Ram Hand to Hand Couriers. To be fair thus is not a true reflection of the service and how the parcel was delivered, we received the order on Saturday as we do not operate over the weekend and needed to take the parcel to our hub in George, you are based in an outlying area and we do not service the area everyday, on our first attempt of delivery we made sure the parcel was delivered as our delivery times are between 8am to 6pm, we understand at times wrong information might be given to you as a client which in the end causes you to be irate we do have platforms such as our website and our contact center team to assist in anyway.
