2 unsuccessful Delivery because they failed to notify me before delivery

Ram People don't call you prior before delivery to confirm that you are available or not. They called whenever they are at the gate. I have 2 unsuccessful Delivery because of this. I even called the office and asked them to call me an hour before delivering. They didn't, they call me when they were at the gate. I need the parcel as urgent as yesterday
