2 delayed deliveries with no update

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I’ve received from RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers.

I placed an online order on **29 November 2025**, and to date, I have not received the parcel. Additionally, a **second parcel was handed over to RAM on 1 December 2025**, and there has been no formal update on that one either.

That means **two of my parcels are currently sitting with RAM**, with no communication, no tracking updates, and no working support channels. The tracking site still shows outdated information, your mobile line is unreachable, and WhatsApp support is completely unresponsive.

This is unacceptable. I expect immediate feedback on the status of both parcels and a clear resolution timeline. This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve encountered.

But one of my parcel was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, however everything just went mute how must I then know that you are experiencing a high volume of deliveries and also my patience has dropped so please just deliver my parcel I don't want to hear your stories.
