1 week and still no delivery

I am totally dissapointed by Ram as I am still waiting for my parcel which I ordered more than a Week ago. After phoning Vodacom to change my delivery address Ram still have not delivered my parcel and to date I still wait for my parcel after having empty promises promised to me by the ops manager to have my phone delivered today before nine and still no phone. I am still awaiting a call back from the customer services. Must mention that I do feel sorry for the customer service department as they are not the problem the ops deparment is the problem. Wonder if I will ever get my parcel. And to make it worse they come up with all the excuses in the world
