Im very disappointed with this *********** company i had to receive a package today i checked and checked till about 15:00 but package never went out for delivery.. phoned them took me almost 20 min to speak to someone oh and the rudeness level is at top level.. they come now with the story i changed my adress but on the website there are no place to change.. best of all it changed from my adress to my adress i mean what the actual ****.. now i must wait for sender apparently to approve the change.... and they cant get hold of them.. after a screaming match they send me throw to a senior person oh more *********** then the first one after call i phoned sender and not even 2 rings i spoke to someone and they sort it in 2 minutes
