Withholding Deposits and bad Service

Upon moving in Rental property i noticed that the stove is not working properly and none on the stove plates 1,2,3 are working and requested that it be repaired at which their response was that they do not have the money to fix the stove. They eventually came to repair one plate for me to cook on. I rented the property with having to fix the winches on cupboards at my own cost and closed holes drilled by previous tenant. The unit was painted out previously and the masking tape left behind that left me with, if i wanted to remove it i would then need to repaint the whole unit due to paint being dry all ready. After finding another rental place after contract expired and moving out, they withheld R3000 without explaining and it impossible to get a response from anyone.<br> They keep your deposit back for no reason as profit to the company and not repairing anything in the units. <br> Do not use them!
