Horrible, Shysters!
Horrible, I will never recommend them to anyone On my last statement when moving out i was supposed to get almost R3000 deposit back,I gave them the property in a better condition that it was,they deducted R3200 from the whole statement and cannot tell me what its for. Horrible ,horrible experience

Be VERY careful
One star is an absolute understatement. I only wish we had read the reviews before my fiancé signed the lease. Before making any improvements to the property, I personally spoke to the owner and obtained full permission to upgrade the unit. I paid for these upgrades entirely out of my own pocket, leaving the property in a better condition than when we moved in. When we moved out, even the rental agent thanked us for leaving the property in an immaculate condition. Despite this, our final statement included a R750 cleaning fee for only two rooms, as well as an inspection fee that was charged two weeks before we moved out—even though no inspection had taken place at that stage. According to the final statement, my fiancé was due a refund of almost R3,000 in credit. However, when the payment was finally made today, he received only R180.64, with no satisfactory explanation for the massive discrepancy. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting through this agency to carefully review all feedback and scrutinize every charge on their statements. If it were possible, I would give this company a -0-star rating.
